Johnny was a great server he did his job well great place to eat would 100% go back again and have him as my server
Fun solid place. But for the price, quality is just ok and the meats are all on the salty side. Parking also is always terrible.
Very nice Japanese Style BBQ restaurant. Service was great. Waiters are professional and treat us as VIP. Food is also great. Many different styles of beef, pork, and chicken. They are all fresh and delicious. Default condiments have space to improve. Overall, that's a nice place to kill time with families.
Crowded slow service meat was not as good as it could have been. Was more like select instead of prime. They left up with out meat made us fill up on rice
*OC Restaurant Week review* We haven’t been here in years because of the ever-growing number of Korean/Hotpot/BBQ restaurants in OC. We are so happy to discover they are participating in Restaurant Week. $35 per person for dinner ($25 lunch) includes rice, salad, miso soup, Gyu sushi, appetizer choices gyoza, spring rolls, wonton etc, BBQ items beef, ribeye, chicken, shrimp, veggies and dessert (vanilla or green tea ice cream). All the meats were good quality, tender and tasty. We also ordered happy hour cocktails for $6.75 (regularly $9) Thank you to Bryan (front desk) and our server Long for their friendly and cheerful service. Location is on Newport Blvd off the 5 freeway x Newport. Follow for more food + travel: IG:@i_therefore_conclude
Amazing foods they have a charcoal base, so the food has this additional flavor profile you don't get from other BBQ places. Top notch quality and service.
Selection of AYCE items were decent. Food qualities were pretty good. With limitation of 90 minutes for AYCE, be aware that sometimes some items could take long time as long as 15 minutes to arrive from kitchen.
I've been here a few times and am always extremely satisfied. It seems like every dish they bring to the table is fantastic. Can't wait to go back! Parking: The parking lot is tiny. You can park in the lot next door but that gets full too.
