Terrible Service. Restaurants 20% capacity and still asked for a reservation. What’s worse, employee says it’s a 15 minute wait and then comes second employee changes it to a 25 minute wait. Ridiculous! Puts the franchise to shame.

This location puts shame on Gyu Kaku’s franchise. Food is as expected but they can definitely work on their service.

Huge amounts of delicious food, good for groups and decent drink selections. Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. Just don't let them touch the hot grills!
