Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ

Come here with my friends and ordered Gyu Feast from their menu. All the items we had were so good, especially their choices of meats. They have different types of sauces on the table to dip besides what comes with the foods. My personal favourite was the outside skirt that comes with miso sauce. I love how attentive and friendly their server were, even mixed the rice from the stone bowl for us. The atmosphere and cleanliness was also nice and spot on. Really recommend to come here!

Must try place for ayce BBQ in GTA . I recently dined here with my friend and had an overall delightful experience. The ambiance was warming. The staff were friendly, providing excellent service throughout my dinner As for the meat, The flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation was visually appealing. I enjoyed the Gyu sushi, which was a perfect blend of textures and tastes. The menu showcased a variety of options, catering to different preferences. I would like to go back and try all meat next time

It’s a great experience! staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Food is amazing, with high-quality meat cuts and Monday all-day happy-hours deals. I’d love to visit again. I'd recommend it as a nice place to go with friends, family, or a partner.

I went for Valentine’s Day dinner, the place was not very busy yet our server was rushed, unfriendly and in professional. The restaurant was also very cold, they may have had a problem with the door. Food was bland. After our entree and before dessert we asked the server to wipe down our table, he never did. We also asked that he replace the tongs when our chocolate fondue dessert arrived to which he attempted to convince us that they did not require replacing. I explained that we didn’t want tongs with raw chicken on them anywhere near our dessert, he then finally replaced them. The fondue came with some bruised, over-ripped strawberries, graham crackers and two marshmallows. Because the marshmallows were the only appetizing items, we asked for two more marshmallows to dip into the chocolate fondue. Our server told us he could not give us an extra two marshmallows. We spent almost $140 and were denied two measly marshmallows (which costs about 4 cents). We will not return nor recommend this restaurant. Korean Grill House is a superior alternative and they know how to treat their customers.

Good food, good service.

We went to this location for my sister’s birthday dinner. Upon arrival, the host let us know that we had until 8:45 to order, which we did. We order a 4 persons meal. They rushed us through the whole thing and I didn’t know why.. Not even halfway through the cooking they let us know we have 15 mins(?!) I wish they share that info before we order. Paid +$200 and packed half of our order raw and half cooked. Very disappointing

There is plenty of Japanese BBQs in the GTA that are way better than here. The service is terrible. We were rushed out and forced to order quickly. Our order was quite large, and they slammed our table with everything to the point where we had no room to put any of our dishes. It should have been spaced out and timed better, but the staff was just concerned about going home on time. The food was mediocre, nothing I can comment on that stood out for me. Will not be returning.

Will never go to a Korean bbq again! Meat selections are way better. Hood vents are around the grill ring so there’s no smoke. And they change your grill generously when asked. Don’t forget to get your free parking pass! Definitely our go to in the area !

The atmosphere is really welcoming and pretty. The seats were comfortable and I got a pretty good view of the kitchen. Food came out pretty fast and the servers and service was overall really nice and fast. Will be fun coming to other locations eating with friends :)
