Love this place. Food was awesome. So good!
This is our go-to Gyu Katu in Boston. It can be crowded without reservation.
Went for my friend’s birthday and had all-you-can-eat (AYCE) ultimate option. Our server, Patcha, went above and beyond. She clarified some menu questions, was very sociable and patient with us. The table runners were also fast and efficient. As we waited for our s’mores the staff all came in with a gong and sang happy birthday. It was such a pleasant surprise. Overall, loved this Guy-Kaku branch. Loved having Patcha. Definitely would request for her above and beyond customer service.
This is an awful racist play, kept me waiting for 20 mins after saying they have seats available and kept taking with someone on the phone!
We came here 5 years ago with friends at night and it was an amazing experience. Five years later and the service is… Terrible? What happened? Waited 20 minutes~ to be attended at the door. Had to ask if anyone was coming, and if they were even open. 15 minutes ~ waiting for a waiter at the table. Had to ask if we even had a waiter. Little attention from the waiter… Very bad service. It wasn’t even busy and there were maybe 5-6 waiters available with maybe 4 tables with a few people. Luckily one of the Asian waiters was nice enough to take care of us as well, so that saved part of our experience. I did notice that as the Asian employees started to come in(past 5pm or so), things started to pick up and get much better. So my advice is… Eat here later at night? When the Asians are working? lol Yea… I’ll have to come back at night and try it out again and hopefully I can change my review. I can’t let this place be a ruined memory.
Ordered all you can eat, you have 60 minutes to order and 90 minutes to finish. At the 90 minute mark we were told that we need to pay for a few dishes because they are not finished at the 90 minute mark. Come on, we are still trying to finish and enjoy everything. This place makes customer no longer enjoy food but a competition.
