Gyu Shige (牛繁) Japanese BBQ

The morning deliveries to this place smells HORRIBLE. I don't know if it's the kitchen door or the truck door being open that does it, but it smells really bad.

This is a 5 star ⭐️ restaurant they are one of a kind and the first one in America there are high expectations here and they’ve done an amazing job to keep that promise. I had the A5 Wagyu today and i must say that was a pleasant experience. I do recommend this restaurant. Great atmosphere, great food, amazing people

Very disappointed been coming to this spot for a while, told me 30 minute wait. Waited with my family patiently for 45 minutes then once I go inside I was told table will take another 20 minutes to get ready. Definitely won’t be back again!

Very nice BBQ experience. This place is different from other table BBQ places. The floors aren’t greasy and it doesn’t smell like smoke. The rolls are different and presented nicely. The BBQ was diy except for the wagu meats. There is a 90min time limit, the price gets absurd quickly but… the toilet seats are heated! That is some Japanese flair!

Love it! Cant expect more than this ! Beautiful decor , cozy atmosphere and nice waitresses 10/10!

Incredible dining experience! The food was fresh and exquisite. The atmosphere is modern and comfortable. The service provided by Anna was truly exceptional! We drove an hour from Urbana, MD and will definitely be back.
