Guys Pizza Co. Medina

This place has went downhill. It used to be our go to place for pizza, wings, etc. the last time we ordered it took over an hour for pizza to get here. Nobody called us to let us know, and when the pizza got here nobody explained why. we decided to give it one more try last night and it took an hour and a half to get our pizza. Again no explanation no call and I had to call the restaurant twice. Finally won the girl arrived here she just handed me my pizza and said she was sorry And left. The food was cold and needed to be reheated. Just not the experience that we feel we should get when we order food like that and pay close to $100. We will be finding a new place to take our business.

Good pizza here with plenty of toppings on the pie.

The best sandwiches I had in a long time Bacon cheeseburger phillysteak, Gyro and we got a medium thin crust pizza Delivery guy was very polite thank you

Today was the worst service I got from guys pizza ever the manger was very unprofessional and his name was Jake he also took my order and made it his own I asked for a full sheet loaded potato pizza with bacon on half I confirmed it with him several times but when I got the pizza it had bacon all over also 2 of my sour creams tasted like blue cheese or spoiled so I called back and told them everything the manger told me he wasn’t making my pizza over and there’s nothing he could do I explained to him I’m having a party and some people don’t eat bacon and I wanted bacon only on one side he said I didn’t say that I said light bacon on half but in-fact I didn’t he kept telling me he wasn’t making my pizza over so it was really no point for me to call I’m very disappointed in them and I will be taking my services els where from here on out

Food was brought to us ten minutes before our scheduled pick up time and was delicious! Meatball sub was one of the best I've ever had, with enough cheese to choke a rat! Highly recommend their food to anyone looking for delicious food at reasonable prices!
