One of my favorites places in Florence! I’ve been coming here for years, it’s a staple for me and my friends. The food is amazing and service always lovely. It’s the first place I come when I come back to Florence.
This was my first time there. I didn't know about it tucked into this shipping step. The food was very good. The waiter was friendly and attentive. We met a couple artists that display their art. A pleasant evening midweek.
I'm so blessed this is walking distance from my job. What a God send for food. I would highly recommend this place. And I'm excited to bring my friends and family in! The food and service are phenomenal. Gotta go to Gusto's! :D
This one took us by surprise. I wasn't expecting much, the restaurant is tucked into the corner of a strip mall and from the exterior isn't anything special, bordering on easy to miss. Once inside we were warmly greeted and made to feel not just welcomed but valued as guest. We were immediately transformed to a warm and inviting restaurant that was tastefully decorated. We were seated and immediately met our server who made helpful recommendations. We found our appetizers of stuffed mushrooms to be hot, fresh and extreamely delicious. Our food arrived at the perfect moment and it to arrived hot, fresh and delicious. We particularly enjoyed the fettuccine Alfredo and found it perfect in it's sauce to noodle ratio. Equally impressive was the chicken marsala which was flavored to addictive perfection. Over all we had a very pleasant experience, we experienced excellent food and the service and would gladly return again. Parking: Abundant but can be tricky depending on time frame.
This little taste of Italy was just what we needed today to celebrate Mom's 92nd birthday. The food was delicious. Anthony, our waiter, was attentive, courteous, and quick. We tried the Manicotti, the Penne and Sausage, and the Pasta Primavera lunch items. All came with side salad and crunchy bread (with oil for dipping). The Primavera dish included roasted broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes, onions, and artichokes. OUTSTANDING! The chef gave Mom some ice cream and Anthony gave Mom a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie in honor of her birthday. Great experience. We will definitely be back. Vegetarian options: Many, but recommend the Pasta Primavera and Manicotti. Kid-friendliness: Family style dining Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp accessible, wide aisles
The service was non attentive , no conversation, no connection , no attempt, no plates or utensils provided until we had to ask after the food was brought out. The attentiveness of the staff was sub par to say the least with a restaurant of maybe 6 patrons. While the atmosphere is warm and projects an essence of a sophistication it clearly does not operate the way it is projected, Service was on par of that of Waffle House, food on par with Olive Garden. While we wait patiently several other patrons were attended too and given attention where one might wonder if a particular prejudice played a key roll in the experience of this visit. I would not recommend this restaurant nor would I condone a visit until ownership takes a deep look at its customer service/ business practice . Deeply disappointed with this visit and I caution anyone looking for a meal/evening with the family find somewhere else worthy of your time and patronage.
Very nice Italian restaurant. Good food!
Food was great. At the service good. I thought it was a little expensive, but that's subjective
Quiet, dark lit restaurant. Ordered fettuccini Alfredo for take out. The server who to took my order and checked me out was very kind. Definitely a great spot for a date night. The Alfredo was delicious, creamy and flavorful. Definitely will be coming back.
Great food plus Peroni on tap!
