Really love the food and the people at this restaurant

Didn’t know this restaurant is a cashless establishment and I wanted to pay in cash at the drive thru. Employee was nice but it’s easier if a customer wants to pay in cash for personal reasons. Then when I pay with my card or Apple Pay, this restaurant always ask for a tip. Why if my food is it go, or when I am at the drive thru? Please remove that option. The food is already pricey to begin with especially if I’m not dining it or having a large catering order.

Whether it's takeout or dine in, we always feel like we have a great experience at gusto! East Cobb. The food is consistently tasty and fresh, and the table layout makes it easy for families with small children to use the kids seats.

The Queso Verde Queso bowl was not warm. And the customer service was not the best.

The girl taking drive thru order was extremely rude . I will not return to that store.

I love this place. It’s reasonably priced and a healthier alternative to traditional fast food. Their bowls are so large that I can usually make two meals out of one order. Also, every time I’ve been here, whether it’s just for takeout or drive thru, all of the employees are always so pleasant!

I’ve only been here twice, but both times I had such memorably good customer service that I left feeling wonderful! If a manager is reading this, your staff deserves some wonderful praise and a raise!

We love gusto! A great option for a fast lunch or dinner.
