Unique fried chicken. It's likely double fried, at the very least. Cindi was so hospitable and friendly. Made the whole experience that much better

Gus' chicken is soooh good You wont be disappointed. The mac n cheese and fried ocra is Limited free parking in front of building. However, on the side of the building there is pay parking. Parking: Limited street parking.

We’ve been waiting 55 minutes for our order. The waitress would not even look in our direction when she walked by.

It's a complete mob scene trying to get a table but man is it worth it. There's not much more than can be said about some of the worlds best fried chicken other than count me as a believer. Great food and fantastic staff.

Chicken is amazing with just right amount of kick but not overpowering spice and made to order but service really needs improvement as I waited over 40 mins for pickup and it exceeded pickup time window on app. They say don't pay attention to app but what is point of coming at that time if it's not ready? I might as well order and then pick it up next day. Really frustating having to wait almost an hour and they not even delivering it to me. If I had to wait an hour for food while dining in, I would be so pissed.

For how many reviews this place has we were expecting it to be much better. Unfortunately it wasn't that good. Chicken skin was a little burnt and stale tasting. Mac n cheese really lacked flavor. I'm from the south and cook ALOT, I know what good southern cooking is. It was pretty meh. Beans were good. Ordered pick up, got a text it was ready 30 minutes later while we were in the parking lot. Walked in and they said 'your order wasn't ready because they called in the parking lot and no one came to claim the order so it was given to someone else". Huh??? Just say you guys are behind on orders and didn't make it yet lol. We ended up waiting another 20 minutes for our order. Service was not good. Place was very crowded as well. Probably won't come back.

Best chicken I have ever had!!!

What a cool experience!! The best Fried Chicken I have ever had!! Everyone was so friendly and efficient. Had to get a shirt too
