Great happy hour with pizza and beer plus a full bar. Great live music R&B, funk and classic jams on the two random visits I made. Frozen drinks are tasty and strong. Service is great. Wheelchair accessibility: Restroom is downstairs and not accessible

I normally don’t write reviews but this place was a bad experience and deserves a review. It was the first time I was there and the last. I went on Saturday and a chair was not good and I fell off the chair hurting my back and head. I wanted to give it the benefit of doubt so I requested a different chair and stayed. We each consumed food and drinks and the order was wrong, however we stayed with it because it seemed like we were given an attitude due to me falling which was not a pleasant experience. The server said we had to each buy 2 drinks minimum. At first that was not going to be an issue because I had planned on going to eat and drink while we heard some music, I had made reservations online for this place. However, after about an hour while we were still consuming the server came and said we had to each pay $10 per person on top of our bill if we stayed any longer. In other words we were being told we had to leave or pay which to me it was the first time I ever experienced something like this while consuming at a place. At the end the server got mad as well because I wanted to use Apple Pay. I would not recommend the place if you are planning to have a nice evening out.

It's a small venue so everyone is sitting very closely together but the drinks were good and to be fair I only ordered fries which were REALLY good fresh hot and crispy. The staff are smiling and have pleasant energy.

Two cultures collide, Booked a table in advance because of a recommendation from a friend who visited here last year, we visited on the 30th March, booked in to watch Ricky Stein at 5pm however Ricky was not the act that was performing (No update on social media or directly from the venue) it was The Ruckus who were very good and changed up their set very nicely, my partner and I ordered some food and drink from the happy hour menu, online it says happy hour everyday until 19:00 but after we sat down our waitress Isabelle told us happy hour is until 18:00, we didn’t question this as we still had 1.5 hours of happy hour remaining as we arrived a bit early, the food was fine, nothing to blow your socks off but decent enough, and the drinks were okay as well, again nothing to write home about. The bill came to $123 after we had sorted out an issue with being charged for an extra cocktail that we did not order, we left $130 and as we were leaving our waitress Isabelle stuffed a piece of paper in my partners hand and when we looked it was another copy of our receipt circling the tip recommendations, when we were outside we were approached by a youngish man who asked us if everything was okay and asked about the service, I said we had a nice evening, leaving out the bit about the overcharging and the drink that I ordered and Isabelle had forgotten to bring me because I didn’t want to anyone to get in trouble, the man who i’m not sure was the manager/owner (He had big glasses and long messy blonde hair) then gave us a lecture about how we should have left at least a 20% tip (Being from England I just don’t understand why we should tip for standard service, I know it’s American custom but its not the customers fault the staff aren’t paid well, its the management) anyway when I said its just what I thought the service was worth he said that he hopes my partner and I have a terrible time on our visit to NYC before flouncing away, so its up to you if you want to visit, if you’re happy to pay through the nose for standard service and have the staff passively aggressively confront you outside the venue then this is the place for you.
