Come here every time we visit Las Vegas. Everything was great except that our pizza was short. We saw the manager cutting some of the pizza off the tray. Kinda upset as we paid for the whole thing, not for some to be cut off and thrown out.
The pizza was delicious. Many options to choose from all reminiscent of New York pizza. We had the arugula/prosciutto and the Don. Both delicious. The place is clean and orderly. Our waitress was a little gruff but it was towards the end of a long day, and perhaps she was just tired. We would gladly dine there again.
The pizza is always wonderful here. My favorite is their white pizza. The best . Love it! The right amount of everything, especially the garlic. This is my treat pizza, a little expensive for feeding a family but so worth it. Kid-friendliness: The 1 time we ate there, they gave my kids pizza dough to play with. It was fun.
We usually recommend but the last two times our order has been cancelled after 45m because the restaurant is too busy. Great food but clearly issues managing the restaurant and order volume on weekends. I’d rather give to small businesses moving forward.
I really enjoy Grimaldi’s pizza; it is quite delicious. Unfortunately, two weeks ago, we ordered our favorite pizza for takeout and the pizza had been put in the box upside down and then flipped right side up and served to us. There had been attempts to cover it up by adding more sauce on the top, which left the pizza unrecognizable and the balance of flavors was off due to the extra sauce. It was disappointing overall. Do the pictures below look like a Brooklyn Bridge pizza to you? Notice the cheese plastered on the bottom of the pizza box; that cheese should have been on my pizza.
