Grill Marks - Haywood Mall

This place has good food and good service. It's my go to place when I am shopping at the mall.

Decided to visit Grill Marks after nearly 6 years and I was curious, if we would enjoy our experience again. We were able to get seated as a party of 6 1/2 right away even though it was busy. The tables are definitely way too scrunched up together. Families who brought strollers had to wait 5 minutes to get out due to people having to move chairs and what not. I'm glad we decided to leave our stroller in the car. Our waiter was soft-spoken, almost too soft, but definitely had to interest in making our experience more enjoyable; basically just doing the bear minimum. I do believe that he jotted our orders down correctly, however, when our food arrived my order was incorrect. At least everyone else's was correct. When my order came out again it was still wrong and had to be sent back to the kitchen again. Third time was the charm though. Everyone seemed to enjoy their burgers, wings, and fries. Also ordered a regular milkshake to share with our toddler. One day I have to come back to try the freak shakes and shake tails. Unfortunately, it may not be that soon. I may give takeout a chance to avoid the lackluster service next time. Although, I don't think freak shakes travel well. Sigh! Parking: Busy on weekends Kid-friendliness: Kids' menu

Great place for after shopping or just coming for a quick bite!

The overall experience was an interesting one. The food was great, just really not worth the price of what we were served. I feel that for a $13 burger, there should be more on the burger than just a few extra toppings. The place is crowded and jammed. I know it's not a big space for the restaurant, but they could try to space out the tables or bust a wall open. Our waiter was attentive though.
