Greswolde Arms

Food & drinks: I went for a Sunday roast, 4 separate options to choose from,, I had the turkey and it was a very good choice.

We visited the Greswolde for the weekend. We used an accessible room, as my wife is in a wheelchair. The room was excellent. Lots of room and the doors are nice and wide. Recommended.

Lovely, airy, spacious place to eat with a mix of table styles. A la carte menu and lunchtime specials. Great for catching up with friends/family in leisurely surroundings

Went out for a meal with family as a thank you, firstly it took ages for it to arrive. Two of us ordered the lamb shank shepherds pie which was supposed to have vegetables inside, when it came they had put a small amount of cabbage on the side and no other vegetables so it look really unappealing. When we started to eat the lamb was really good, fell off the bone but I only found two very tiny diced carrots in the pie. I think it would have been better serving a few carrots and peas with it for the price we paid.
