0 customer service, the staff rush and talks fast and they don't even smile. You don't feel welcome! Really not a good Greggs compared to others. I will never go there! This is the second time this has happened, the first time I let it slide as I thought they had bad like we all do but the second time, I even felt discriminated.

Not the best Greggs I have ever visited. Unsure as to the pricing of meal deal drinks, ordered a pumpkin spiced latte and was charged extra for the shot
