@5:45 walked up to order a smoothie and was informed they were closed. 15 minutes early. Gtfo.

I’ve been eating here (Greenleaf) for months and every time the service/food continues to worsen. The employees were very bland and barely even spoke to me when asking for salad preferences. I don’t know what they are teaching the new employees because it’s 100% not the proper way. While making the salad the employee had to turn around to see what ingredients are inside of it….(this has occurred twice)and yet they still managed to mess it up. This establishment seems very poorly managed and run, I would never recommend this spot to anyone even for a quick mall meal.

Why should I drive to your restaurant when your website doesn't show the menu?

Not possible to rate this higher. The person that made my smoothie was extremely rude without any provocation. He forgot my smoothie and when I went to clear things up at the cashier, in an extremely rude tone, he demands that I just wait (without first saying, sure I’ll make it). Absolutely the worst. If this is the kind of people this company allows, then it’s not even his fault, it’s management. Customer service is nonexistent in the Oprymills branch.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Not allergy friendly; they barely know the menu. When I asked about certain foods and if they were dairy free, I’m pretty sure they just said “no” so they didn’t have to look it up. Mediocre food.

Visited 7/25/23 order the large Mango Magic. The lady didn't give a hoots about customer service. She threw the fruits inside the cup with all the juice. The smoothie wasn't thick. Instead, it was watery. Very disappointing

Loved the salad with my choice of 4 toppings! Fresh and delicious!! Staff was very friendly and helpful!!

RUDEEEEE, sad bc i come out of state to visit and never have experience the worst costumer service beyond shocking.

The manager Shawn was really nice and treated us like real people. The smoothie was outstanding. My wife and I were really impressed. We'll be back in the future. Recommended.
