Great Wraps

Gyros are decent. I fly through ATL once a week for work. Customer service is horrible. Everyone is extremely unfriendly or high. Been here 4 times and it always the same. Definitely won’t come back.

I have never experienced someone so racist that she makes it so cut throat obvious... her response to the non colored people in line was what are you trying to get "with plenty of aggravation", but if u were of color, she was way nicer and going out of her way to help them. I tried to show her my Airline badge "I was not on uniform" and she was aggravated by that as well and sternly said I seen it before I could even say anything. After she rang me up, she told me that if I wanted my receipt that I can grab it myself. This place will end up sued 1 day and all the attorney has to do to win it is ask for the video from the airport. She needs a DNA test cause I'm sure she has it in her blood line somewhere... racism is so wrong, and too show it is worse!!!

The WORST UNSEASONED food I’ve ever had. I will neverrrrrr spend my money there again. I wouldn’t feed this to a dog

Terrible service from an utterly apathetic team.

Good ok. Order was wrong. Simply asked for sauce on side. Customer service is rude.

Horrible lazy service, took 30 minutes to get our order and we had to ask several times and help them remember what to make. Several people were asking for refunds after 20 minutes of waiting. Three people standing around, one cooking very very slowly. Tables dirty, trash overflowing in food court. It was moderately busy, not packed.

Worst experience. No quality food. Wasted time to get my order after 45 minutes. For a single item. the chicken wrap is really bad. Service is really very poor and slow

My cheese steak was great! Either everyone is in 1st gear idling or weed must be involved. It was a slow comedy to watch, we all waited a very long time for our order. Even though a fresh basket of fries were ready, they would have been cold before serving them to me. I walked away without them BC i couldn’t wait any longer.

Wrap had the wrong ingredients and tasted absolutely vile. Coffee was watery and bland. Also, I think the two employees hated each other with a passion

Placed order and still did not have our food after 30 minute wait. Terrible service for an in airport restaurant.
