Just picked up my order. Terrible rude service. Not coming back.
As a former NYC resident, this is the closest I've tasted thus far that compares to nyc. We ordered shrimp and broccoli, bone-in ribs and pork lomein and tostones which was a plus to find since it seems to be very rare in Rochester. This will be my go to.
Food was good, they were open later (9:00 pm) & so we tried it. Not disappointed & they helped my husband carry our order to the car.
Do NOT get sesame or any chicken cooked similar to it. It is all rock hard & stringy. Absolutely unedible. Then when we called them to try to get a refund (for only the chicken, not the rest of the order) they kept putting us on hold for 10 minutes to "talk to a manager". They must have like 8 managers there. But not one knows how to manage anything. If you do get bad food make sure you save it because to get a refund you must bring it back to them.
My family bought food from Great Win on Saturday December 16th. The meals were horrible starting with the sesame chicken hard couldn't cut through it even with a knife totally unable to eat. As for the rest of meal very bland. I would not recommend anyone wasting their hard earned money on this establishment.
Food didn't taste fresh. No taste considering it was General Tso. Got lunch special. Nothing included with it. Just the horrible and cold General Tso. A waste of 10.79 !!!!!!!
some of the most flavorful sesame tofu I've ever had, spring rolls are house made instead of frozen, homemade duck sauce is also excellent Vegetarian options: best sesame tofu in Rochester
