Great Wall Chinese Restaurant

I was so excited to order but as soon as I walked in it smelled so bad. I walked right on out.

Are you guys still open???

Order 10 wings paid for it , then I realized it didn’t come with ranch. So I ordered a ranch and the personal says she can’t swipe my card for 50 cents. I would not give 1 as a business should…. Customers service is !!!

Visited the restaurant and ordered the Mongolian beef w/ extra vegetables. Upon arriving home and preparing to eat the dish, noticed a large amount of onions and very little other vegetables. I removed a lot of the onions and still had a large amount left over with very little of the other vegetables. I didnt order extra onions but was given that and some. Poor customer service. Will not be going back. Potential shoppers beware.

I ordered the General Tso's chicken, which was really good and spicy. Rice chicken and 1 vegetable roll $10.00. They have NO tables. My guess is they don't want to clean them. I will be back. This area is not the safest, so keep your eyes open.

If I could give it a zero I would!!!! Service the absolute worst I spend plenty of money at this restaurant and today I received by far the worst experience EVER I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR HERE!!!!!! I order an order $40+ said no veggies in anything they put veggies in my lo mein I called and instead of rectifying the situation they argued and insisted they would not fix the order!!! No worries I’m not one for arguing I’d just rather not ever spend a dollar here again and hopefully you close down soon!!! Thanks!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! and again you are still trying to argue smh horrible business!!!!!
