Great NY Noodletown

This place has extremely terrible service. Most of the guys working there, especially the waiter were rude and kept rushing me to pay the bill. I didn’t even finish my food yet and was in the middle of eating and he was already coming to my table for the 3rd time asking if I want to take it to go. Additionally, my friend and I were still in the middle of eating and they started taking the plates away like what???! When they brought the bill over, they gave us dirty alcohol pads that were already yellow and pointed to the bill and kept emphasizing that the $5 was tip, like okay first of all it’s very rude to just add the tip on yourself and remind the customer. Tip is usually given at the customer’s will and it was unnecessary to repeat it twice. If you just said it once I would’ve let it slide and not have such a reaction to this. We would happily give you tip if you didn’t try to rush us nor act so stingy being afraid that we wouldn’t give you tip. Perhaps y’all were just not confident about your terrible services and knew from the start you wouldn’t receive tips. Any restaurant out there don’t just forcefully add tip to the bill. VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT GO!!

Great duck and and the e-foo noodles are the best in town!

What's the hype about?!!!! Tried the "fried" roast pork lo mein, the shrimp rolls and the chicken & mixed vegetables with wide cantonese noodles. Only the shrimp rolls were EXCELLENT. The roast pork lo mein had an unpleasant after taste and a little bit of roast pork slices + 4 strands of green onions ie, 91% noodles, 8.5% roast pork & 0.5% green onions. The chicken w/ "mixed vegetables" had a decent amount of boneless chicken slices, but the mixed veggies included 2 straw mushrooms, 4 strands of chinese broccoli and 4-6 slices of carrots, strewn over mild-tasting saucy wide noodles. Ughhhh what a RIP OFF! I've had WAY more veggies in similar dishes at no-name Chinese-American take-away places in Queens. Heck, Szechuan Mountain House and Dun Huang offer WAY better quantities (AND quality) of food for the same price or less. Overpriced, poor quality dishes at this restaurant masquerading as a NYC Chinatown food destination. Save your time and money ... Plenty better options in NYC.

The restaurant is not that big, and they only accept cash. Nonetheless, the prices are very reasonable, and the service is quick. Likewise, the staff is very friendly. My boyfriend and I ordered roast duck over rice, which is very delicious, and chinese mushrooms with mixed vegetables and wide noodles. We will definitely come back.
