Gross, food has wierd taste, bbq ribs were watery for some reason. Just nasty, never again

I work at JFK and my coworkers order from here often. My experience was horrible. We ordered only 2 orders. Both with shrimp fried rice. The guy on the phone repeated the order and said white rice because he assumed since I ordered general toss chicken ( which was all flour and not chicken), when I repeated twice after that both orders are with shrimp fried rice. Lo and behold they delivered white rice. By time I got to my food and realized, they were closed ( we ordered around 930pm). So I just called a few minutes ago and the same guy gonna tell me he charged me only for white rice.. How? When I placed the order and it was for shrimp fried rices when he gave the price. Smh just own up for your mistake. It happens. What annoyed me is how he made it seem it was my fault and he didn’t charge me for it instead of apologizing and compensating me for it or something. And to top it off there good is bare minimum good. Like no other choice good.

The lady who picks up the phone is very disrespectful I literally had to tell her about her self their food is very expensive

Food is disgusting, delivery take forever and I live less than 10 minutes away. I can’t even enjoy my lunch. SUPER GROSS (lack FLAVOR and was cold)

Worst place ever to order from. I called in for a delivery and the lady on the phone was very disrespectful. She started screaming when I asked her how many pieces of chicken per serving. Very disrespectful with old bland food. After consuming this food my mom and I started breaking out and having diarrhea. Would never order from here again .

I spent a lot of money on reused fried chicken, uncooked fried shrimp and so much more. Health inspection need to be here immediately. Had my whole family vomiting.

I called to place an order for pickup and they said it would take 10 minutes. When I got there to pay, they hadn’t started making it yet because they were waiting on payment (not informed of this) so I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. When I got the food, half was good, half was not so I called back to see if I could get the bad half redone - come to find out, they make the general tso early in the day so it’s always gonna be old, hard and not very good. Okay Chinese restaurant but DO NOT ORDER THE GENERAL TSO! Parking: Only street parking- I would recommend double parking and be quick
