Great American Steakhouse

Not only did it take forever to get our food (20 mins for a glass of wine) but my sirloin was dry. My girlfriend got the ribeye sandwich with no pickles. When it came it had pickles, barely any mayo, and the ribeye was undercooked with one slice of avocado for the full sandwich along with the plate looking like the chef rubbed the steak all over the plate before placing it on the bread. The place is not big for the service to be so sloppy honestly pretty disappointed with our experience here.

Waited an hour for my food. The burger came out overcooked and missing bacon while the fries came out cold. I've had better service in bars. I didn't complain when I got my food because I was afraid it'd be another hour long wait and I was already hungry. A different person in my table had to wait 15 minutes for wine. Definitely will not be returning.

Friendly servers & delicious food. Service is lacking. Had to wait until the food was served to receive our drinks from the bar. The beans & coleslaw weren’t served until after the main course arrived.

great great service by Mauricio...very attentive and reliable...40oz porterhouse tbone could use a bit more flavor to it considering its a big cut steak...everything was good but at the beginning I was greeted by a young lady whom I had asked to be seated in a certain area but said a big party was headed that way but to my surprise a party of 3 came about half hr after me which we also were only 3 and she seated them where I had asked previously ..just that minor note that I had for the time being there..reason why is because we don't get the sun hitting there and it's more calm noise wise since we are not next to the kitchen area other than that we had a good lunch for the 2nd time being there...

A wonderful dining experience at an affordable price. They have plenty of options to choose from, so depending on your appetite and your wallet... you will definitely find something that you'll fully enjoy with enough left over for a dessert.
