Great American Steakhouse

Great food, excellent bar , lil club vibe . Cut of meat Ribeye, was on point and salad was very tasty. The cowboy beans were great and side of slaw comes with the meal. Slaw thru me for a loop as it had chunks of pineapple in it but was very good. For price , service, and food they get 5 stars for me.

Plenty of room and great service prices to meet your budget and plenty of wine for those that endeavour on grapes with a tang

Went on a Saturday afternoon, half the area was closed off, and all diners were seated very close together( we could hear each other's conversations).Service was slow, but food orders were good and tasty.

This past weekend, I ordered the Sirloin steak family meal for pickup. It took 3 employees and 2 minutes of being ignored for one of them to point at the 2 bags in the corner. Got home to see 4 plates of beef strips and 1 small container of mashed potatoes. This is one of those restaurants where if you're ordering online, you have to check the order before leaving the restaurant. Namely checking for dinner rolls. Every other time I ordered the Steak family meal online I have to remind the staff that it comes with 4 dinner rolls. After pulling up the meal details on my phone I showed it to the 3 Amigas in the front and almost have to argue each time about the part that says "4 Dinner Rolls." Once when I did this, one of them walked up to the bag and opened up the box of salad, then said, "Here they are, Sir." She pointed at the croutons. Their phone service is egregious. It's designed to send you to the website, tell you that no one is available to pickup the phone, ask you to leave a message, then hang up the moment you try to utter a word. I'll give 5 stars for the food and subtract 3 for the service.

Good food and excellent service. Will definitely go back!
