Great American Cookies

This review is strictly for the cookies. All the people I have encountered that work there have been extremely friendly. The past 5 times I have purchased cookies, the results have been below par. The cookies fell apart and they did not taste good either. I usually purchase the BUY 5 GET 1 FREE deal and today I took two bites out of two different style cookies and threw them away due to how bad they tasted. I will choose to spend $15 elsewhere next time.

Workers are rude, she threw her hands up at me and had an attitude because I wasn’t done ordering. Get new employees all I hear is how rude the employees are.

Went to them today to grab something for me and my wife while I was out. Went up to the counter and then one lady working there decided to focus on someone passing by (that was not a customer). The lady working there was more concerned with the necklace of the person passing by. After that the other lady there had to focus on the necklace to. I just walked off. Rude af.

I ordered a unicorn cake from the Bridge Street location online and was informed they did not have enough inventory to complete the project due to fulfilling orders for the Parkway Mall location while it was temporarily shut down. The GM contacted the Parkway Mall location and they were able to fulfill the order. The GM from Bridge Street location went above and beyond by going to the other location to pickup the cake and bring it to Bridge Street. I want to thank both locations for making everything an easy process!!! The cake was amazing and beautifully decorated!!!! Everything tasted amazing and everyone loved the cake!!! Thank you Great American Cookies!!!!!

Very over priced. They charged $36 for the cookie cake and they didn't even finish it. I'd rather have gone somewhere else.

There is a reason behind this establishment's 2.4 review. The customer service sucks!!! Associates talking among themselves without acknowledging the customers. Please don't ask for help because, they will act like you are bothering them. One employee was talking about another employee having Covid at the register. Great American Cookies, please train your associates on efficient customer service skills. The associates at this location suck!

I work for a nearby business in the mall. I got some cookies, tipped, and went to the stand. Their employee, Dawn stuck her neck out and loudly said slamderois things about our service. She thought I was a customer. I let her know they employ me. I think it is beyond tacky to do this. I doubt she would want the same for her business. I am posting here instead of calling the store. We all do dumb things, but think!

They did an awesome job on this cookie cake. I ordered way in advance, but it was ready on time and the order didn't get lost like at some of the local grocery store bakeries. I am incredibly happy with how the cookie cake turned out.

Hair in cookie cake. Will update if they fix it.
