Awesome burger! A new favorite spot for me. Nice location, atmosphere, and really good food. They have a really long bar with tons of seating, making it a great spot whether you’re with a group or solo. Will definitely be coming back.

Had a special burger with bacon and steak grilled onions and it was delish! They have daily specials and half off drinks Happy Hour. Worth trying out and I'll be back.

Burger: 10/10 *asked for an egg and the egg didn’t come out til he was almost half way done with the burger :( * Truffle fries: 8/10 needed a ~dipping sauce~ Service: 5/10.. waiter was a lil crazy and again.. the egg situation. Didn’t get check for SO long bc waiter kept talking to this rich fam next to us.. eh.

Grease used to be great. They have recently made the 'standard' size burgers smaller. Shrinkflation at its finest. They also somewhat recently started adding lettuce and tomato to the specialty burgers like the Sweet Caroline (BBQ sauce, White Cheddar, and bacon). This wouldn't be as much of an issue if they had updated their menu to reflect the addition of new ingredients. That way I would know to request excluding those. Who puts lettuce on a BBQ burger? Atmosphere is nice enough for a bar, and the service is decent.

The restaurant lives up to its name, ordered the Brinkman burger and I had to use 4 napkins! It was delicious. Service was great too. Very nice selection of beers as well.
