Very mediocre bagels. Got there around 10am on the weekend and they were out of basic flavors.
It would be a decent place if they followed the orders of customers. If a ticket says No, don’t put that item on there. If your customer calls before the order is made and verifies, because it’s always wrong in past orders, you shouldn’t hang up on them. You as an establishment should always wait for the customer to say goodbye. I never demanded money back or made a poor review, but hanging up on a customer is just rude.
I absolutely love this place , the bagels / sandwiches are very tasty . My one star review only refers to management ,every time I go there to order my food I hear the girls complaining how they are overwhelmed and wanting to quit , one time a girl was crying behind the counter because she was all by herself dealing with upset customers and taking several orders , coming from DoorDash … I understand that some businesses are short staffed so I tend to be more understanding but it is not fair to these girls to be overworked and stressed ! I’m also only commenting about it because it has happened several times . I can not continue to support s business that don’t support their employees …
