New visit 1/31/24. If you want to save your money on a day pass to the airline club go to the Grand Hyatt D Gates. Don’t by a day pass at the club. Get great steaks and other food, free WiFi. Better than the AA club. Perfect time for Brunch. Crab cakes are excellent and the salads are all great. Cesar with an anchovies …yum. Egg white frittata and eggs Benny. Both tastes great. For lunch had pork tacos which were very moist and tasty. The guacamole and salsa had cumin which was not my favorite.

Stay in an upper floor. Otherwise too much industrial noise from the buildings surrounding the hotel. Very noisy even late at night. Noteworthy details: Convenient for corporate meetings since it's in that Dallas airport.

We stayed one evening in order to catch an early flight out of DFW. Check in was simple, staff friendly and professional. Our room was spacious and modern. Beds were comfortable, we slept soundly. The soundproofing is excellent, we didn't hear planes or other guests. I wish all hotels were this quiet. The only issue we had was finding where to catch the shuttle to our terminal. Because we were checking luggage we had to go to our terminal vs. going through security in terminal where the hotel is located. We were also told to call a number to request the shuttle since it was outside of normal operating hours. I did that and nobody answered, I called three times. Thankfully a shuttle showed up anyway. But it was a very slow process. So keep this in mind if you are checking luggage, give yourself some extra time. Our flight departed at 5:15 so we were catching the shuttle at approximately 3:45. After 5:00 am things may go more smoothly. But none of this was due to the hotel. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay in the future.

Welcome to a great place Rooms: Very clean and comfy

It's a great place to meet people who are changing planes at DFW. From time to time I meet clients there in the bar or dining room which is easy to get to because it's attached to terminal d. Service is good and it's nicer than any of the airline lounges that I've been in. Can't read the rooms cuz I haven't tried one.

My wife and I spent the late afternoon and evening ahead of a very early morning flight. This little single night stay is only our second venture into Hyatt, following a fantastic few nights at a Thompson property. Being Gold Status with Hilton and Marriott; we were both blown away at the level of service and attention we received, especially not having Hyatt status. Communication from the staff began ahead of the stay, the Text The Hotel feature in the app is handy. Reception with Alex at check-in was pleasant and quite easy. Offering a both a coffee and a tea maker be brought up was a very nice touch. Room was GREAT! Wife and I absolutely loved watching the planes come in and out. We had room service for dinner, it was quick and tasty! 10/10 would recommend. One night at the DFW Grand Hyatt may have very well made Hyatt our most preferred partner.
