We just have dinner here tonight, we are enjoy it, they removed paper plate and use regular plate and silverware now, food is delicious as well as before and lots new items add up, such as boiled crab with cajun style (this is first buffet restaurant I have had the broiled crab ), bbq rib also tasteful, we will be back , thanks to change back regular plate and silverware.

To my surprise, he has thrown away the disposable tableware and used the old ceramic basin and cup, the dishes have also increased a lot, and they are as delicious as before, and the fruit salad I love is also back, I will be back!

As far as Chinese buffets go, I think the Grand Buffet is good and offers pretty much the same items you'd find at others. It's spacious and clean and the s wait staff is nice.
