First time I’ve eaten here, I had the hot chicken sandwich and my friend had the Jimmie dean burger, burger was excellent and the hot chicken sandwich was nice big chunks of chicken , gravy was delicious and the mashed potatoes were excellent! I wish the coleslaw was the creamy kind but that made no difference to the overall wonderful experience!! Would definitely go again

What's not to love here! The atmosphere is warm, friendly and feels like home. The food is never a disappointment and the prices are reasonable for the quality you receive. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread available

We came all the way from Aurora to Waterloo for my daughter Adele’s swimming competition and ended up discovering an unforgettable restaurant, Grandma’s Kitchen. Additionally, Katherine was such a kind and welcoming person.
