The best ice cream! Amazing flavor choices and the staff would totally beat the Ted Drewes' crew in a nice-off!

This past August marked the very 1st time trying a Graeter's location and was a pleasant experience. Located in the heart of lovely downtown Northbrook, the locals are lucky to have this very limited ice cream chain. I can only imagine that the high-end brand does battle with the likes of Oberweis, Coldstone and Chocolate Shoppe venues. It was one of the last few warm days in August and we were sorta in the area so I figured it was about time to try something new for the kids. Excellent-tasting high quality ice cream and everybody enjoyed. Still reasonable prices in a squeaky clean atmosphere with superior service. If ever in the area again, will definitely stop in! I wish a prosperous & successful future for the owner(s).

Service is always wonderful here. I like the variety of flavors and enjoy coming here.
