Order from here all the time, amazing pizza

I am originally from Chicago always looking for really good Chicago pizza. From the internet advertisement it showed someone pulling up a slice with all this gooey wonderful cheese. But in reality (like the rest of Denver's establishments) not much cheese at all. Just kind of floated some on the top. The flavor was good. But will continue my search for authentic Chicago style pizza.

I have ordered 6+ times at this place, but today was a huge disappointment. I placed an order at Grubhub at 5:30 for a 7:00pm delivered, and its very late at this point. I called the restaurant to understand what was happening as the Grubhub driver is texting me saying the food is not even close to be ready, and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. She was super unprofessional, and claimed that the ordered was placed 30min ago as I am saying that I have an email proving my 5:30pm order. The disappointment was definitely the customer service, as she laughed at me on the phone a couple of times. This is a big shame on a really good restaurant. Food 10/10 Customer Service 0/10

This is my second favorite pizza spot in Denver and surrounding areas (I like trying different spots). To me this is the best thin crust you can get. The pizza itself has such a good crunch too it and a crispy crust too. The toppings are all super fresh and the sauce has great flavor. This place is the real deal!
