Was in line to order. Cashier forced us to scan a code and order online. Then her code sent is to a wrong location. She then refused to help. I'd like the manager to call me back.

Good food, website/app ordering sucks.

Good bagel if you have nowhere to be for the next two hours

The bagel sandwiches are actually pretty good and tasty. However, they have the worst service (at all locations) I’ve seen in the city. You’ll spend about $20 for a sandwich and usually wait over 45 minutes for your order to be ready. Not only that, about 50% of the time I’m given the wrong order or something is wrong with what I’ve ordered. VERY unfortunate because the food is actually great if done correctly. It’s just rarely done correctly or done in a decent time.

Love the Bagels here. I just wish they had Walnut Raisin CC like they had in Madison.

mid & overpriced. $15 for bacon egg n chez is ridiculous

The bagel here was pretty terrible. I got the Long Island sandwich with turkey and the turkey meat was slimy. Would not go back again.
