Interesting little spot inside the Gotham West Market. It's nothing fancy or special, but they serve some decent food. I got their Kitakata ramen, and I must say, the Chashu Pork was melt in your mouth good and the broth was pretty flavorful. However, their noodles were very mediocre, and seemed like they had been boiled a little too long. The quantity of food served was also on the smaller side, and it's kind of crazy that a $20 bowl of ramen doesn't even come with an egg. Like I get that inflation is affecting us all, but it's a little much to charge 20 bucks for a medium sized bowl of ramen with very limited amounts of toppings. If they upped their food quantity I'd be inclined to give this place a 4 star rating, but until then, I highly recommend checking out other spots like Tonchin or Tabetomo, who are superior in my experience.
