Our food was great. Coffee very good. Just what we needed after a full day's sightseeing. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed a meal and wine, in outdoor area, yesterday as a solo traveller. Best bruschetta I’ve had in years and the house wine was lovely. Owner (I think) made me really welcome, chatted away to me as I was made me feel completely at ease. Lovely place to sit outside and watch the world go by on the mile. Thank you for your hospitality! Will definitely return.

Had lasagne as is was recommended by waiting staff. Was tasty but felt a bit ripped off for the size of the portion compared to the price, especially as it didn't come with anything like garlic bread or a side salad... they have to be ordered separately. As for dessert, I'm a big fan of tiramisu but I've never had it with yellow cream filling and no coffee flavour. I ate it though hoping there would be a glimmer of flavour, and that the lack of taste wasn't just because I'd burnt my mouth on the piping hot lasagne! It was also so cold I think it hadn't long come out of a freezer! I Was told upon paying that if I went on a weekend they have a different one delivered in and it's much nicer! I wouldn't have had dessert had I known. Being on the Royal Mile, it's definately a tourist place. Service was great, music questionable!

The venue looks small from outside because of the cosy booths near the entrance but once inside there is plenty of room towards the wider back end of the restaurant. The food we had was excellent and there was plenty of choice. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Definitely recommended restaurant.

We booked for our wedding day there was 17 of us the food was amazing every one of our guests loved what they had. The staff and the service were fantastic we will definitely be back. We have found our favourite Italian restaurant in Edinburgh

Non capisco come un'ente come trip advisors possa dargli punteggio addirittura 4,5 su 5... Imbarazzante! Già che ti propongono tagliolini al pesto fa capire che non sanno nulla di cucina e tantomeno italiana. Poi il "pesto" in realtà prezzemolo con una manciata di pinoli. Finito lì. Mai più! SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE A TUTTI!!!

Accueil plus tôt simple mais simpa pas plus de plaisir que ça de nous accueillir. Nous somme placée sur des tables en face de la cuisine qui est ouverte ce qui est sensé être plus tôt cool, mais là il y avait un bruit trop important. La cuisine n’est pas la plus propre que j’ai vue. Les pâtes était super grasse et sans goût j’ai eu du mal à finir. J’y suis passé, je n’y reviendrais pas.
