Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace

The kitchen tried to serve us old oysters. We dont know how long it was when they were shucked but they came out dry when normally there should be some sea water inside. Just missed an easy case of food poisoning. The lobster mac and cheese was good but I wish there was more lobster given the nearly $30 price point for a side.

A little disappointed. The short rib kettle chip appetizer was mostly cheese and they seemed to have forgotten the short rib ingredient. The Caesar’s salad portion was small as if it was a side dish rather than the $20 plate. The burger was under cooked but the fries were delicious. The server and other staff seemed okay with the people at the next table vaping, which was a big turn off. I would guess the other menu items could be delicious but I won’t ever know since I don’t plan to revisit this establishment.

While the service at this renowned restaurant is impeccable, our dining experience fell short of expectations. The fish and chips were overly oily, and the crispy chicken sandwich was merely average. However, the toffee pudding proved to be a delightful savior. For a satisfying experience, it's best to visit without any preconceived notions based on the restaurant's reputation.

Had a pub burger, and was unfortunately unimpressed. Presentation was great, but other than butter and salt, the flavors just weren't very pronounced and the bun was dry. Maybe an off day? The atmosphere and staff were fantastic.

Food was delicious, waiters are super busy. There’s a little bit of wait on food but you can tell it’s fresh, and sooo delicious

My wife and I stopped here on our honeymoon she's a big fan of Gordon Ramsay. But the food was super mediocre, nothing different that you'd get at another restaurant for 1/3rd the price. Worst of all our waiter kept walking right by us, ignoring our waves to go chat up larger parties. The group at the table next to us even offered us their dessert because they saw how we were being ignored, which was awesome of them. I understand that restaurant get busy and it wasn't a horrible experience but I definitely recommend going elsewhere to get more bang for your buck.

The bacon and the sides were pretty good. Unfortunately the steak wasn’t well seasoned. Cooked very well, but just needed more salt in my opinion. Waiter was decent, atmosphere was very lively

Bland food, expected way better especially for the prices.

Will I return? No. But worth a visit for the experience if you happen to be in Vegas. Food is decent. Doesn't live up to its hype. Dishes come at a premium compared to similar establishments. Beef wellington (US$ 70), done only in medium rare, is good (juicy) but not spectacular. Puff pastry was baked well, fluffy with a slight crunch. Oysters I ordered were underwhelmingly small.
