ended up here for a late dinner after arriving at vegas and wow i am so impressed. the vibes and ambiance of the restaurant was so modern and classy. i love how intimate our dinner felt and the food itself was delicious. i personally had ordered the beef wellington and it's something id recommend to try at least once. i also tried the scallops from my friend's prefixed menu which was very refreshing and delicious too. but nothing beats the sticky toffee pudding. wow. thinking about it right now makes my mouth water. 100/10 out recommend for you to try this. regardless of whatever else you order, that is the one thing on the menu you cannot miss. the service and staff here were friendly and attentive during our dining and it's truly a spot you don't want to miss!

No one greeted us at the host stand for 3 minutes and when we finally sat down at 320 our waiter rushed to us and told us to order our food immediately before the kitchen closed at 330 to prep for dinner. We were really sad that such a special occassion started off this way. Our lobster risotto tasted flavorless besides the lobster, the wagyu meatball and mushroom soup were delicious though! We also ordered filet mignon medium rare and it came out medium well. We also had to crane our necks for water refills. For the close to $300 meal we pay for Hells Kitchen Vegas it is always worth it and we always say its the best meal and dining experience we've ever had. As DC residents we were so excited to try the new local Ramsay restaurant but we couldn't have been more let down by the experience at Hells Kitchen DC since the food wasn't prepared very well and our service was rushed.

The restaurant was beautiful. But that is where it ended. I am just being honest here but the food was bland and not seasoned well at all. Very Mediocre. I was expecting much more. I would not go back. I did try Spago and it was leagues better.

I had the scallops, tomato salad and the beef Wellington. Was think the place was going to be gimmicky, but was way wrong. Service was amazing, all three plates were beautifully prepared and exceeded fast expectations. There is a reason his beef welly’s are so famous, was superb!!!!
