Tried the backyard burger with fries. Burger was lukewarm and fries were nothing special. Ketchup was interesting but not enough to make the trip for. I would not recommend it.
Enjoyed the overall experience! I had high expectations as a vivid viewer of Gordan Ramsey shows. The burger was moist and well seasoned. Fries were awesome down to the in house ketchup. Walking away satisfied and glad to have tasted one of his great recipes !
Very good burgers! Priced right.
Wow! This place was incredible! I was seated at the bar facing the kitchen which lets you watch the chefs work. They're incredibly busy and it's very entertaining to watch. It took a while to get, but the burger, fries, and milkshake were amazing! Perfect burger, expertly cooked, and the milkshake was some toffee invention that just perfectly hit the spot. I'd venture to say that after a long day of walking on the strip this burger / shake combo "hit the spot" more than any other burger + shake I've ever had. Gordon Ramsay, bravo.
Wonderful meal and impeccable service!! We had the Hellfire Chicken Burger and the Hell’s Kitchen Burger, with truffle fries on the side and an English Toffee shake. All was 10/10. What especially stood out was our server Andre’s keen attention to detail. Nowadays, it can be rare to eat at a restaurant where it’s clear everybody working there takes pride in their work. Despite a busy rush and multiple priorities, the servers at Gordon Ramsay Burger at Planet Hollywood made sure their guests felt comfortable and satisfied.
Server billed me wrongly but luckily I checked. Food was above average. Maybe pricey for a normal burger joint but well, we are eating Gordon Ramsey. From the picture u notice the burger presentation is bad? How would you improve this?! Onion rings were too oily so we end up taking out the crust and just eating the onion. But the truffle parmesan cheese fries is a MUST order.
I've been wanting to try this place every time I've visited Vegas but never got around to it. I love binge watching both US and UK versions of Kitchen Nightmare, as well as Hell's Kitchen. The only thing that comes to mind, quoting Chef Ramsey, was "Wow. What a shame." There was no line this time around, and we were seated right away. There were a lot of people, but it seemed like there were more people waiting for their food than eating. We ordered truffle fries, a Backyard Burger, and the Euro-burger. The truffle Parmesan fries were good. Couldn't say the same for the burgers. It wasn't worth the wait. The buns were on the greasy side. Bleh. Disappointing.
The burger is definitely a must try. We booked the table in advance but when we arrived the table was not available. What we got was like a 10min wait and far way corner where all the center seats were all empty. Very poor seating reservation management. It’s like a fast food service experience
Both my partner and I ended up violently Ill after eating here yesterday, absolutely ruined the remainder of our trip
