Gordon Ramsay Burger

Best burger that I’ve had in a long time and the fries were good too. Service and atmosphere were okay. A little pricey but the food quality is there. Kid friendly too.

The food was very good. It all succeeded or expectations. Only thing was the Kettle Chips were pretty light on the sauce. We eat the the Vegas location in Planet Hollywood several times a year. This menu is not as big but everything we got was tasty. Also my Bloody Mary was delicious. Now on to service. We had Kristin snd she was phenomenal. I haven’t had that kind of service of pleasantry since before Covid. She was on it before we even asked. If I go back I’ll definitely beg to have her snd if I have to wait I’ll wait for her. Management tell her how valuable she is!

Overpriced and underwhelming. Especially given the hype around Gordon. Much better food around the city for the same price or lower. Nothing special truly. If you don’t believe me see for yourself but I warned you. I ended up spending $80 on a dinner that included 2 burgers, sweet potato fries, truffle fries, a coke, and a beer. Food just didn’t hit the spot, Gordon himself wouldn’t eat here.

Stephanie was amazing, and made great recommendations! From the backyard burger to the cherry milkshake. Extremely personable, and had no problem talking to us about anything! The food was delicious as ever! You could taste the actual difference in quality of burger! The Truffle fries were beyond hearty! Could not recommend this place enough! Will definitely coming again on my next vacation to Chicago!

Stephanie was a great hostess. First time her and she made us feel very welcome. Burger and onion rings were fire.

I ate there a year ago and 7 months ago, everything was delicious, I was there just now and unfortunately the food got worse... I got the fries with the worst ground parmesan, not grated parmesan, and they were completely cold, the aioli had almost no truffle in it and the worst mayonnaise, and at the end I found out that more money was taken from my card than I entered on the bill... it doesn't look good ( burgers is good)
