Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

I had their breakfast sandwich, and it was my first breakfast item from Good Times. It was awesome! 2 eggs, bacon, and cheese with mayonnaise on a nice soft bun. Better than any fast foods offerings that I've experienced . Next time I might try one of their 4 offerings of breakfast burritos. Just watch out for the pothole in the drive-thru of their restaurant just east of Colorado Blvd on 120th Avenue.

Unfortunately, the food hasn't been very good here lately. It used to be a 5 star location. Today we had fries that where hard and stale like they sat around for hours and hours. They were completely inedible. The burger is always smashed flat with wilted lettuce. This has gone from one of the best places around to one of the worst places to eat in Thornton. Also, employees get paid better than other fast food restaurants so selling disgusting food doesn't make any sense.

I have been going here for the breakfast burritos for about two weeks now. I used to go to a different location on the regular, but in the past couple of months, that location has been burning the potatoes. This location has the same friendly service that I got used to at the other location, but the food is better! The gentleman who has been working the window the last couple of weeks seems genuinely happy to see me and seems to love what he's doing! I will continue to frequent this shop, and I will tell others about it, too.

Food is great- but at this location, the youngiah guy working the window was rude, pushy and appeared to have a terrible attitude. Not a good look. Come on now...I was pleasant and just ordering food. Lesson learned: don't ask any questions about the food or their products. Literally no one else was in line and he acted like the world was on fire or there was something urgent, a crisis, that he had to get back to. Didn't even look my way as he shoved the bag out the window at me. If this is the future of customer service, give me a robot or self service.

Don't order custard, you will only get one scoop no matter how much you pay to get more! The store manager is a very nice gentleman and very accommodating. The assistant manager, she is rude and is probably why the rest of the employees are rude and incompetent
