Why is the staff here so rude? They literally scream at you. Bad vibes, avoid.

Five star club, zero star coat check. 1+ hr line to retrieve coats at 230AM, super disorganized and inefficient with a huge line down the stairs and blocking the dance floor. Other than that, great venue with a big room and smaller room. Gets packed. Don’t check your coat.
