I wanted to sit down for breakfast and called to ask what the wait time was / if they were super busy, and I was met with the worst customer service I’ve been experienced. I was told “There’s a wait” and when I asked how long, he said “I don’t know.” I work as a hostess and it is REALLY not that difficult to determine a wait time. He was short with me, saying “We don’t take reservations. You can place an order,” when I had just clearly expressed that I wanted to sit down. I wanted to ask how many people were on the wait list, so that I could do his job for him and come up with a wait time myself, but he promptly hung up on me without saying anything further. Whoever was picking up calls on February 18th at around 1 pm needs to be fired because this was the rudest customer service interaction I've had. It is easy to have decent kindness when responding to simple questions - I would know, because I also work in customer service. 0/10… we didn't even bother giving them our money.
