It’s a really good place for popcorn chicken and boba, they DO put a ton of Popcorn Chicken if you order it, I recommend the QQ Passionfruit tea as it already includes toppings.

The tea is good but why too hot and no ac.

I got a basic pearl milk tea with 50% sugar and it was sooo good. Loved it

Came for a tea in late afternoon. Decent space with outdoor seating. Conveniently placed for SJSU students and nearby street parking. Tea was good. Staff was prompt and amicable.

I usually like this place, but today was not their best moment. I logged in to the rewards screen, and the cashier booted me out of it and said, "Give me $9.50!" Excuse me? If my mother talked to me that way, I'd slap her. Does your mother let you speak to her that way? So first, she tried to cheat me out of my points, then she acted like a jerk. I won't be back in here if she is working the counter. There are just too many good places to eat near here. Stopped by today. The chicken has become so mediocre. No flavor, just spicy or not spicy.
