Wrrible management team. It a whole mess out there. One time they assigned me a room that was still dirty and gross I had to go back and forth changing it. Then they always say different things. Front office staff says you can use your resort credit at the store, the store says first yes but later it turns out you can't. Now you have to deal with returns which then they act super rude and unpleasant like they're not supposed to be dealing with this and make you feel at fault. Then they'd still charge your card and when you try to get to the bottom of it 10 different people will give you 10 different stories basically sayin why they won't return you your money even though they promised reosrt credit based on your offer. Honestly, I'd stay away. I'm not loving all these shady dealings.

You will pay double what you are originally charged for. They do not charge you for the $25/day, 14% tax, & all other other "fees" before you schedule a room.

The hotel was under renovations and it’s not a good place to stay right now

Felt less crowded and more aerated than other casinos, however their tables had weird offshoots from the typical Texas Hold Em and Blackjack.
