Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant

I love Golden Crust. My favorite is the Oxtail and brown stew chicken .. The staff at this location are friendly . The lunch specials are very reasonable.

As a Jamaican, this Golden Krust location is pitiful. Twice now, I have tried to order a few patties for delivery, and my orders have been cancelled due to them not having any in stock. I placed an order today at 2:30pm, and it was cancelled. I called and they said they were out of beef and chicken patties and would not be making anymore. This location closes at 8pm, why aren't you making more patties? The name is called Golden Krust not no Krust. I'm surprised this franchise is still open considering they never seem to have anything in stock.

I walked into golden crust at 2 o'clock 2:30 in the afternoon and I asked the lady there if there was any beef Patty. She explained to me that there is no more beef. Patties. And that there will be no more for the rest of the day I then asked her why. Wouldn't it be no more beef patties for the rest of the day? And it's only 2:30 in the afternoon. And you guys closed at 8Pm also explained to her that I drove 9 and a 1/2 miles to get here so can we find out? Is there any more? She decided to ignore me. Move on to the next customer and tell me she doesn't know. If they have a facebook or Instagram page she ignored. And the lady in the back hurd me. Then came out and talked to me as she stocked the fridge and Then explain to me that she has some in the oven. And they'll be out in about 10 to 15 minutes. I then asked her, why did the other lady? Tell me that there was no more. And it was about to send me back home without food. As lady sucked her teeth and ignored me Horrible customer services

This place is a joke. Went on a Friday at 4:00 pm and no patties available. When I asked for an order of curried goat they were out of that also. They have a Monday patty special, but guess what, they never have patties available on Mondays. Stay away,

I don’t know how this place is still open. Food is always disgusting.

They tried to scam me and charge me 8 dollars more then what i pay at the Hillsborough location go there instead better food and prices

Very courteous & accommodating.

The food, staff, and service are good but the portions (large) get smaller each time. If I'm paying over $20 for a large oxtail I should get more than 6 bones.

The food has gotten much better with the new chef he is not salt happy like the previous chef.
