My favorite jamaican restaurant to order food. I go nowhere else. My favorite meal to order is the brown stew chicken w / w rice. Vegetarian options: Veggie pattie and more

Where should I start, I wish I could give it a one star,I started to go here to buy lunch etc the food was not bad as like the customer service, which I could over look it but it started to get worst both food and customer service, I order soup and tell them no dumplings, good thing I check it there was before I leave to the store to my disgust there was dumplings, I told the cashier which she gave me a different one and when I reach home there was dumplings even though I told her no dumplings. After all that I Was still going there there, but this is what make me stop spending my hard earned money I went there to buy dinner order the bulgar and fried chicken wanted some oxtail gravY when I was told that I would have to PURCHASE THE OXTAIL GRAVY FOR $2:95 I ASK HER WHY SHE SAY THAT THERE POLICY NOW YOU TELL ME WHY WOULD YOU START SELLING THIS GRAVY ALL PERSONS WANT IS SOME ON THERE FOOD, I KNOW AT THE END OF THE DAY I THINK YOU THROW OUT WHAT IS LEFT OR DO YOU, I DONT NEED IT IN A CONTAINER TO TAKE HOME THIS IS REALLY SAD THAT YOU STARTED DOING THIS AS I WILL FIND SOME WHERE ELSE TO SPEND MY HARD EARN MONEY AND YOU WILL LOSE MORE AS PERSONS.

The food and the service were excellent. You will definitely enjoy the food.

Where should I start. From the moment you walk in there's a long line. Why? because the workers are usually talking or standing around rather than serving the customers. Now let's talk about when you finally reach the register. Instead of just focusing on cashing out the customer's they would leave there post to go check on foolishness causing the line to be backup even more. Lastly I was told oxtail gravy which was free is now $2.95. No sign of this new increase was posted anywhere. They honestly need a better system. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

Depending on where you go Golden Krust is a hit or miss.This is a miss for me. Very cheap with the amount of food when you’re paying a lot for it. They cut up my jerk chicken in the back and gave me a bunch of bones no vegetables. Barely wanted to give oxtail gravy. Pattie’s were ok but I’ve had better. I will never go here again.

Tamara W was very rude and have a stinking attitude. Plus the older black lady was very rude also after she mess up my order and I told her that is not what I ordered.

The service in there is extremely slow The staff especially one female worker always has a bad attitude when I go and it funny because I don't go that often maybe once or twice a month and service stinks. They need to move that plexiglass down so they can her the customers when ordering that's a big problem you have to yell or point to the food like they can't hear because guess what they can't.
