Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant

Went there earlier to get some lunch these two women that work there are 1000% disrespectful and rude. No type of manners and education will not go again. Plenty of other places to get food better than this garbage place

Love golden krust food every where else NOT this location a lady on the cash register in her early 50s seems like she been forced to work there got mean face always give me my order missing something I never got my oxtail hot always cold I keep telling her your food it’s cold no changes and now my oxtail runs me almost $35 l promise never again I’m this wacky as spot

$31 for a large order of Oxtails is outrageous. The small size & quantity of oxtails given is so disrespectful. I will NEVER patronize this business again. 2 large orders of oxtails & 2 Kolas for $78 from a takeout restaurant, with takeout quality. There are other Golden Krust restaurants with better quality food, for cheaper where you get more bang for your buck.

No visible food. Did not have curry goat at 9:50am. Very rude service. Attendant wanted to sell me what is available and not what ai asked for. Worst Golden Crust ever.

I really love golden crust food but in this location some of the female employees are rude and move around like they don’t want to work. Other then that everything else is good

Food is really good. My issue is depending on time things are sold out. Also the store is small so a line can form out the door. I recommend the stew chicken it was honestly really good.

Food is good but the rudest staff, no greetings, no thank you’s, no you’re welcomes. The women that work there don’t even speak to ask for your order, they just look at you until you order smh. Total ur bill b/c I’ve been charged different prices for the same meal..for months! Women staff need to be replaced, worst customer service ever! Just left there today, ordered 2 mild beef patties, why was there only 1 ready one left at almost three in the afternoon? Girl with light patch on face at the register..didn’t greet me, as usual, just waited for me to order, I paid and said ‘thank u ‘and walked away…before I get to the door, she comments something about no tip…a tip for only saying ‘ur welcome?’ Not at all surprised but do want to know why customers have been complaining about her for 5 yrs back. Mgmt always responds to comments but never explain why she continues to work there???????????? Whatever reprimands or trainings she’s received do not work.

The owner of the establishment should be more careful of the people that they hire. They have nasty attitude and disposition to do work and they’re serving customers.The young lady that took my order needs more training in customer service..I’ve been a loyal customer for years.. Gonna call the branch office and make a complain… I will never go back to that store.. If you don’t like or respect your job.. Don’t go to work… They first owners were the best. They sold it.. it’s not the same…
