Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant

The food is very good, the service is bad,cashier's are rude.Price is ridiculous!!!$76 for salmon and rice, I had to decline so I left will not be returning to the buffet.

Went for the 1st time today was alil skeptical because I didn’t like golden krust anymore they had fell off. But the food was so good I’m still in shocked lol. My only complaint was the price ugh lol. Will be goin again but will be gettin a small next time.

Don't waste your hard earned money on these thiefs, long story short it shows on the wall 8.99 a lb. and because I had two small pieces of fish they charged me 13$ a pound, that's false advertising and dishonest, no respect for customers very disrespectful white establishments don't do this kind of bait and switch, you don't have different prices at the same buffet. People save your money these are scammers, dirty tactics on their own people.

I am a frequent customer at this establishment as I live nearby, but unfortunately, I had a small disagreement with the cashier regarding the contents of my meal. I explained to her that I did not have any oxtails on my plate and that I only had a small amount of gravy because I prefer moist rice. However, she scrutinized my plate for a couple of minutes and then pointed directly at the jerk chicken, asking me what it was. I was left wondering if she was slow, blind, or blatantly playing in my face. Not only did she imply that I was lying, but she also insinuated that I was poor. This has never happened to me before at any restaurant, and it is quite perplexing. While oxtails may be important to her, they hold no significance to me. As an American born and raised here, I believe that this is just food we are discussing, and it should not be taken so seriously. If I had oxtails, there would be no need to hide them. Interrogating me over oxtails is surreal. This is how small situations escalate. I’m so disgusted with her customer service, I don’t think I’ll be back. Please please do better!!!!

The best Golden Krust just try it. Variety, comfort and cleanliness on top of good Jamaica flavors ☺️.
