Great service, yummy food, and very nice staff. Will be back!

Classic diners DO still exist, red vinyl booth and all. Go-to spot for breakfast, the 2-2-2 hits the spot (pancakes instead of hash browns though). The coffee is terrible, and I wouldn't bother for dinner or lunch, but a staple for breakfast grub.

Ein sehr amerikanisches Erlebnis zum Frühstück wie man es aus den Filmen kennt. Keine Kette. Super lebhaft am Samstag morgen, schneller Service, freundlich genug für Chicago. Sehr schmackhaftes Essen, gute Preise. Der Kaffe zu dünn, dafür der Orangensaft lecker. Wir sind sehr zufrieden- Dankeschön!

If you love diners, this spot is a must. Cash only (ATM inside), family/immigrant/latino-owned small business. It doesn't get any better. The food is delicious and service is quick and no-nonsense. Busy on the weekends but worth a short wait. Could not recommend more!!

Delicious breakfast and lunch options. Closed for dinner. Family friendly.

A throwback greasy spoon diner with all the appropriate menus, furnishings, and food offerings that go with it. Cash only and cheap, which is just another part of its charm. Golden Nugget only wishes it could be this affordable and authentic. My recommendation: pancakes with fruit compote (cherry, apple, or peach would be my pick) and whipped cream.
