Golden Gate Bistro

Simple but decent food. Quantity be more generous, but not expensive. Nice secluded terrace, with sun and shade, and a beautiful olive tree.

Will go again when I'm in town!

Went here with the family. Our bill before tip was $81 for 3 people. Very little covered seating available, majority of seating is outside uncovered, so avoid on rainy days. Very little parking available. We got the Ruben the cheeseburger clam chowder, Margarita pizza and watermelon lemonade in addition to other beverages not made on site. The Reuben had lettuce. I've never seen that before. I ordered my burger medium. It was very overdone more like an extra well done burger. The clam chowder was delicious. The pizza was great. The watermelon lemonade tasted more like watermelon than lemonade which I preferred. I would have liked to give it four stars but with the fact that it had very little covered seating and the overcooked burger landed it at a three. Parking: Steetside parking

Visiting from Phoenix, randomly googled a place near my air b and b. Found Golden Gate Bistro.... And when I tell you it's the best food my daughters and I have had, I mean it. No exaggerations. DELICIOUS food, staff is kind and welcoming. Absolutely must stop destination if you are in the area.

Best fish & chips ever. The clam chowder was delicious. Took my food to go and still had to wait for the soup to cool down. It was so nice and hot.
