Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

Walked in with my children and expressed that I need help carrying the drinks since there were more cups than I could carry. I asked for a tray from the cashier "Natalia", who proceeded to shrug me off and say they didn't give trays. So I asked how would it be possible for me to get my drinks to the table and could someone assist me. She stood there as if she didn't hear mean. There was a gentlemen walking by, whose name I can't remember. I asked him if he would be able to help me. Not only did he help me with the drinks but he also found us a big enough table for my party. Our server was also awesome. Unfortunately, the service I recieved from the cashier was very unacceptable. The first impression is everything, cashier are normally the face of the company.
