Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

Horrible comida

My parents like to eat at Golden Corral so I took them when we were in town. This was the worst experience at a Golden Corral restaurant. We showed up at 8:30 and the manager said they closed at 10. What he didn’t mention is that they start removing the food at 9:15 and don’t do a last call or announcement. Also the lights went out at 9:45 and the staff started clapping and saying “it was time to go.” The manager at the time just laughed it off. The food was ok, however my mom got a raw piece of fish, mind you it was fish that had been there for a while as they don’t bring out anything new after 7:30/8 according to one of the kitchen employees. Also the service was really bad. I thought it was just our table but have noticed other reviews where the wait staff will pack towers and towers of plates at or by your table instead of taking them to the back. The server never really picked up any plates. We had to ask for refills from other servers but even they were not wanting to help and would say “wait for your server” I won’t be coming back to this location!

Luke cool food that didn't taste good. Now, on our list of "don't go back there." Sad, because we used to enjoy it.

Great as always. The staff was very kind and courteous. I really enjoyed the experience.

We arrived 20 minutes after they opened. The food was not even hot. The booths could use some deep cleaning as well.

The chicken strips were cold I was ignored twice while waiting in line for steak. I asked for medium rare with no response and eneded up with well done steak, in their defense it was busy but still left a bitter moment for me
